1. Department: Agriculture (Organic farming)

*Position: Supervisor I & Supervisor II (Field Crop Farming Supervisor)*
Experience: - 0 to 5 years
Qualification: MSc Agri or BSc Agri
Language silks: English (Fluent), Kannada (Fluent)
Mandatory Knowledge: Organic Farming
Job Location: Tennikolla, Near Murgod, Belgaum District.
Job Description :
1) Supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in preparing fields planting,
cultivating and harvesting crop specialities, Moringa oleifera, Banana, Mango & Other medicinal
plants in organic manner.
2) Discusses with next level to evaluate soil and weather conditions & to develop plans
procedures.
3) Inspects fields & observes growing plants and harvested crop for defining work
requirements, like cultivating, spraying, thinning, weeding, irrigating, harvesting and drying,
according to time of year condition of soil, plants and crops.
4) Responsible for preparation of pesticides, and manure organically.
5) Determines number and kind of workers needed to perform required work schedules
activities.
6) Inspects work performed, observes instrument gauge readings, ascertains condition of
crop, and performs related duties to verify worker adherence to instructions.
7) Performs other duties as assigned and needy basis.
8) Training workers in work procedures, safety policies, and use of machinery tools.
9) May oversee packaging transporting of harvested crop.

2. Department: Sales & Marketing – Export

*Position: Senior executive & Assistant Manager*
Experience: - 2 to 4 years
Qualification: MBA
Language silks: English (Fluent), Hindi, Kannada any other language is advantage.
PC Skills: MS Office, internet and emailing etiquette.
Mandatory skills:
1. Should have solid communication skills and able to communicate at all levels
2. Good Influencing skills should able to build strong relationships
3. Should have B2B experience.
4. Should have previous experience in approaching international customers.
5. Should have experience in exporting & selling of Moringa powder & Moringa products.
Job Description:
1. Shall work independently and sells plant production capacity.
2. Manage, Map and develop domestic & international distributors/ retailers.
3. Identify, evaluate and develop business opportunities
4. Represent the company in domestic & international exhibitions
5. Follow company marketing and product development strategies.
6. Winning the orders and achieving sales targets.
7. Export the materials with all standard of delivering countries with appropriate
documentation.

3. Department: Accountant & Admin

*Position: Executive/Sr. executive*
Experience: - 0 to 2 years
Qualification: B. com, M. com/MBA finance with Tally
Language silks: English (Fluent), Kannada (Fluent)
Mandatory Knowledge: Accounting, Tally and computer knowledge
Job Location: Bailhongal and Panth Nagar Belgaum District.
Job Description:
1) Manage all accounting transactions
2) Publish financial statements in time
3) Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
4) Ensuring timely bank payments
5) Compute tax and prepare tax returns
6) Prepare and manage profit/loss statement
7) Comply with financial policies and regulations
8) Shall prepare quotations, proforma invoice and billing.
9) Shall maintain all the files, books independent.
10) Preparation and presentation of financial projections using excel sheets
11) Shall maintain the accounts of the company and able to prepare balance sheet
independently.
12) Must have analytical skill in predicts the profit/loss.
13) Shall manage the Admin activities as well.
